First Meal: Gary treated me to breakfast at home today with a Tofu Vegetable Scramble with my (saved-from-failing) Turnip Cakes on the side.
Second Meal: A fresh Kale Salad was made with a Pomegranate Vinegar Dressing.
Third Meal: Soup again for dinner! This had a Barley Miso Broth with Shiitake Mushrooms, Green Peas, Bok Choy and Scallions.
We had a big bunch of Scallions calling out to me to make Scallion Pancakes. So I did.
For dessert, a few Dates.
