First Meal: I love making pancakes for Gary because it makes him happy! Today I chose to make Buckwheat Crepes. Gary always goes for the classic sweet version, with Bananas, Peanutbutter and Apricot Butter.
Most times, I prefer savory. We had Miyoko’s Unlox Your Dreams Vegan Cream Cheese to finish up so I spread it on my crepes, topped with Red Onion. Better than a bagel!
Second Meal: We had an “easy does it” dinner with our Brown/Red/Black Rice and Millet blend, Garbanzo Beans and Tahini Dressing.
Second course was a gorgeous green Kale Salad.
