What Vegans Eat – Day 1746

First Meal: It’s a busy Mother’s Day today. I plan on meeting a potential house cleaner for mom’s home. I grabbed a few of the leftover baked Sweet Potato slices and was on my way.
 
Second Meal: I did a bit of cleaning and putting new sheets on mom’s bed while we waited for our appointment with the house cleaner. Everything went well with the meeting. Mom kept talking about sitting down for a meal. I made warmed up Frozen Peas and a can of Garbanzo Beans for myself and mom ate some of the leftovers she had made for herself.

 
Third Meal: Back at home after getting an excellent parking spot, Gary made a Romaine Lettuce Salad with Corn and what remained of our Whole Grain Blend.

 
A little while later I made a blender full of a Green Smoothie with Kale, Celery, Blueberries, Banana, Cashew Yogurt, Cacao Nibs and Pears. There’s plenty for tomorrow’s breakfast.
