First Meal: We like our waffles. The Steel Cut Oat and Millet Waffle recipe is one of the best. It’s especially good topped with Raspberries and Cashew Yogurt.
Second Meal: I find serving a meal in a big bowl has a comfort food feel to it. This big bowl was filled with Millet, Black Beans, Purple and Yellow Sweet Potatoes and topped with Tahini Dressing.
