First Meal: So far the New Year is starting off deliciously. I made a classic Oatmeal with Raisins and smothered it with a warm Strawberry Coulis and served it along with Pink Grapefruit.
Gary prepared our cups of his classic Teeccino with Soy Foam and Cocoa Dust.
Second Meal: I’ll admit I couldn’t wait for the next meal. I reheated yesterday’s Mac & Cheese & Peas and added Shiitake Mushrooms to mine. I’m in heaven.
Yesterday’s Kale and Onion was reheated and teamed up with our Brown/Red/Black Rice Blend.
Green Juice: We defrosted some homemade Green Juices, made with Kale, Collards, Lemon, Ginger, Celery and Carrots.
Treat: There was a little leftover Peanut Butter Bomb cake we bought at Vegan Treats and brought to the New Year’s Eve party. We each had a slice.
