First Meal: I was served my favorite hot drink – Teeccino with Soy Foam and a dusting of Cocoa.
Today’s Rolled Oat Bowl has Blueberries, Flax Seeds, Cacao Nibs, Raspberry Coulis and Cashew Yogurt.
Second Meal: Yesterday’s Pasta Fagioli was reheated and served with Tempeh, Potatoes, Onions and Peas.
We both had our homemade Green Juices with Kale, Celery and Carrots.
Dessert: I love whipping up these soft serve desserts. They satisfy my sweet tooth and my thirst. This one was mostly frozen Blueberries with Peanut Butter.
