Second Meal: Gary made a wonderful stew tonight, Roasted Red Bell Peppers mixed with Tempeh, Carrots, Rancho Gordo Marcella Beans and a Tomato Paste with Roasted Garlic Cashew Cream Sauce, served with Brown/Red/Rice Blend and Corn Tortillas.
