First Meal: I love leftovers! Today’s were the best. Mashed Potatoes and Sautéed Greens to start.

 
Garbanzo Bean Flour Waffles with Almond Butter and Apricot Butter. Yum.

 
Second Meal: Gary made a wonderful stew tonight, Roasted Red Bell Peppers mixed with Tempeh, Carrots, Rancho Gordo Marcella Beans and a Tomato Paste with Roasted Garlic Cashew Cream Sauce, served with Brown/Red/Rice Blend and Corn Tortillas.
