First Meal: I had an audition in the morning and Gary had acting class. I came home first, starving. We had not eaten anything this morning. I took out all the leftovers and thought I would make Baked Falafel. When the Falafel were almost done, Gary came home and I warmed up the Potatoes and Pita Bread. First we had yesterday’s Middle Eastern Salad.
We made our own plates. I spread the Pesto on my Potatoes, Gary preferred Mustard and Cashew Yogurt on his. I forgot to add the Parsley to the Falafel, oy veh! They were still pretty good. I saved the Sweet Potato for last. It was so sweet, a prefect dessert.
I had also made Green Juice today, with Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots, Lemon and lots of Greens Juice.
Second Meal: Our one meal for the day was a feast and very satisfying. I made myself a little treat in the evening, Almond Joy: melted Chocolate Chips with Almonds and Coconut.
