First Meal: Fresh oranges are so delightful in the morning.
Leftover Steel Cut Oats with Apples and Raisins are an easy breakfast. I ate it cold, no need to heat it. It tastes like dessert.
Second Meal: I love using big Romaine Lettuce Leaves as wraps. Why don’t we do this more often? It was Gary’s idea. We filled them with Baked Falafel, Hummus, Avocado and Tomatoes.
