What Vegans Eat – Day 1809

First Meal: The secret to enjoying Oatmeal day after day is having a big variety of toppings. Today the spelling ingredient was Mango. We also added Raisins, Apples and Sunflower Seeds.

 
Second Meal: Dinner included a Romaine Lettuce Salad with Tahini Dressing. Our main plate featured Mashed Potaotes, Roasted Carrots, Broccolette and Tempeh Filets marinated in a new sauce Gary created using our homemade Prune Butter. How lucky am I to eat so well every day!

 
Third Meal: We began the day with Mango and I wanted more. I made Mango Banana Softserve with Coconut Sprinkles. My mango craving was satisfied.
