First Meal: Here’s another version of what I call a Hotel Breakfast, fresh fruits and baked breakfast breads. I couldn’t wait to have another couple of Apricot Danishes that I made yesterday. We had them with fresh sliced Oranges, Apples and Bananas. Gary made the Teeccino with his excellent Soy Foam.
Second Meal: I had tap class in the afternoon and then had a brief meeting. I had mentioned wanting to have Gary’s vegan meatloaf for dinner soon and when I came home, there it was.
There was also a big bowl of creamy Mashed Potatoes.
And Peas and Carrots too. Gary chopped those carrots from big whole ones.
This was a REAL Sunday dinner.
