Breakfast: This morning’s breakfast was cooked oatmeal with bananas, pecans and flax seeds. I added some cinnamon, maybe a little more than usual because the oatmeal looked pink!
Lunch: Not hungry but thirsty we had glasses of cold water served with orange juice ice cubes!
Snack: I love our tea breaks in the afternoon when we take the time to have them. I had a small piece of Dark Chocolate, with Chai Tea.
Dinner: Loving leftovers, we had Lentils with Onions, Broccoli with String Beans, Herbed Rice, Sweet Potatoes, Carrot Sticks, Vegan Chopped Liver and Challah Bread.
