Breakfast: I have not been feeling too hungry in the morning, probably because I have been eating dinner later. This morning I kept it light with some Bai Mu Dan tea and a Banana with Sesame Tahini Butter.
Lunch: What about cravings? Do you have them? I crave kale! We did a little food shopping, walking to a local Trader Joes and I thought I would make a kale smoothie when we got home. But then I changed my mind and wanted a Kale Salad. This was the best with Avocado, Apples, Onion, Green Olives, Carrots and lots of Lime Juice. I washed it all down with my daily green juice of Kale, Carrots, Celery, Lemon and Lime.
There are only a few remaining Almond Biscotti Fingers left from our Halloween Food show. I had two.
Dinner: I am a fool for Ful! Gary steamed huge pile of Collard Greens, Kale, and Onions and made a big pot of Brown Rice. I thought that might be sufficient but I was thinking of the Fava Beans I had prepared the day before and wanted my bowlful of Ful. We topped it all with Tahini Dressing.
Gary had made this for his breakfast and I wanted it for my dessert, Pain Au Chocolate: Toasted Rye Bread with Chocolate Fondue.
