What Vegans Eat – Day 265

Share

Breakfast: My timing has been off and when I get up in the morning lately I have not been hungry. I have my tea and wait. This morning it was Genmaicha.

Lunch: I did get hungry just before I was to begin one of my private coaching sessions. I decided to practice while I preach! I made a big green smoothie and sipped on it during the session while I extolled the virtues of dark leafy green vegetables. I made an extreme version of my Super Green Power Smoothie, which I think should be called a Sludgie instead of a Smoothie, since it’s so thick and dark! I used 2 Tablespoons of peanut butter instead of 1/4 cup of sesame butter, no dates, no ice, no orange or pear and only one banana. It was what I was in the mood for.

Daily Green Juice: Kale, Carrots, Celery, Lemon, Lime

Dinner: We had a bunch of cabbage that needed to be consumed. Gary likes to make this dish of cabbages, potatoes and carrots, stewed together. We had a similar version 2 weeks ago. This time it was topped with Fieldroast Vegetarian Frankfurters and OrganicVille Dijon Mustard. Seconds please!!

And finally, the Almond Biscotti Fingers have all been consumed. We finished the last ones that had been made for our Halloween Show. We each had an organic Deglet date dipped in our Chocolate Fondue and served with Rooibos Vanilla Almond tea. Life can be gooey good.
