Breakfast: I made a variation of our Fruity Waffles. Have I mentioned that this is our best waffle recipe yet? Gary created it and I keep modifying it based on what ingredients we have in the house. I used 2 oranges instead of one orange and a pear. The results are basically the same – yummy waffles, great texture. They were topped with Blueberries and served with Vanilla Black Tea and Coconut Milk.
Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots, Lime
Dinner: We were craving simple food after a decadent evening of all kinds of flavors the night before. Gary made a variation on hummus blending chick peas with a modified version of our Little Seed Caesar Dressing which went with crudités and a Kale Salad tossed with the same dressing.
