Breakfast: It’s Christmas Day and although I am still feeling sick, I feel so much better than the day before. I am filled with joy to not have pain and a sick stomach. Hurray! Even though Gary and I are still under the weather I wanted to make something festive for Christmas Day breakfast. We had three Fruity Waffles in the freezer that I warmed up and served with a fresh Berry Banana Compote. I made another big pot of Ginger Lemon Tea with fresh ginger, lemon zest, lemon juice and agave.
Dinner: Our appetite is still not back to normal but the Miso Vegetable Soup Gary made was just right.
