What Vegans Eat – Day 323


Breakfast: Oatmeal with Apples and Dried Apricots with a sprinkling of ground Flax Seeds makes another great morning breakfast served with Kukitcha Tea.
Daily Green Juice: Kale, Celery, Ginger
Dinner: I was craving more of our newest salad, How Did This Costa Rican Pineapple Get In My New York City Slaw or simply Red Cabbage Pineapple Slaw. We had a colorful plate with refills on the salad plus Guacamole and Foccacia bread. Gary made it festive with Iced Hazelnut Teeccino with a splash of Disaronno Liqueur. Sweet!
Evening: Our night cap consisted of the rich and flavorful Hazelnut Teeccino with Soy Milk.
