What Vegans Eat – Day 347


Breakfast: Snowmageddon has arrived. It’s a lovely winter wonderland outside and we are warm and cozy inside. I sipped on Jasmine tea as Gary created a new muffin recipe, Five Seed Gluten-Free Raspberry Lemon Muffins. They are delightful.
Lunch: It’s Saturday and we are working as we often do. When I finally realized I was hungry there was a Kale Salad ready to go for me in the refrigerator, made by you-know-who. Thank you, Gary!
Dinner: We hosted a little Snow Party with our neighbors, Marcia and Dan. Gary did it again, making Flatbread with Olives; Cashew Cheese Fondue, Crudités with a Creamy Balsamic Dressing, Tempeh Bacon and Tofu Masala. We drank red wine.
Evening: Medjool Dates, Walnuts and Almonds were served for a light evening party treat with Vanilla Almond Rooibos Tea.
