Breakfast: One of the joys of making food is having it to eat in subsequent days. It’s like a gift you’ve made for yourself and your family. Gary made Five Seed Raspberry Lemon Muffins yesterday and now they were there for us to enjoy in the morning. And we did— with peanut butter, apricot orange marmalade and jasmine tea.
Lunch: Our last night’s party food made the best lunch! Kale Salad, Avocado, and a stew made with Tempeh Bacon, Tofu Masala, Flatbread and Cashew Cheese Fondue.
Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Celery, Lemon, Ginger
Evening: We were so satisfied from our lunch that we skipped dinner. But later in the evening we wanted something. We went for fresh pineapple and air pop!
