What Vegans Eat – Day 405


Breakfast: A day of simple, good eating: Leftover Black Beans with Mashed Avocado, Kale Salad with Seed Caesar Dressing and Corn Bread.
Daily Green Juice:: Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots

Dinner: We had more of the most delicious Corn Chowder and Hamentashen cookies for dessert!
