Breakfast: With a new supply of rolled oats in the refrigerator (we refrigerate all of our whole grains and flours), Gary offered to make Oat Waffles.
We’ve all heard that no two snowflakes are alike. How about a breakfast plate design after eating waffles with berry fruit compote? I love these works of art!
Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots, Lime
Dinner: The Black Eyed Peas are back, now in a lovely tomato vegetable soup.
The soup was accompanied by our Baked Tofu and some steamed Snap Peas and Kale. Instead of our standard marinade for the Baked Tofu, Gary used the remaining Wheels of Dharma sauce from our Green Zenphony delivery a few days before.
Evening: Vanilla Almond Rooibos is our favorite evening tea. I nibbled on a few Pascha Chocolate Chips and Gary had an orange. His orange looked so good (better than my chocolate), I had to have one too!
