Breakfast: Oatmeal is such a welcome comforting breakfast when we haven’t had it for a while. This breakfast treat was topped with Berry Fruit Compote, Flax Seeds and Walnuts and was served with Green Tea.
Daily Green Juice:: Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots
Dinner: We had a REAL Classic Favorite – Kale Salad tossed with Seed Caesar Dressing and Baked Tofu. Based on the Masala Tofu recipe, Gary gave the tofu an added spicy kick. It was served with the remaining Black Eyed Pea Vegetable Soup.
Evening: I went for two raw carrots for my evening treat. They were sweet, crunchy and satisfying. It went along with a pot of mint tea.
