I believe in eating when hungry. The converse is also true, I don’t eat when I am not hungry.
I had several cups of Bai Mu Dan white tea in the morning and really wasn’t hungry until late after the official lunch time. I was tired from the long work days and just needed to rest. Gary had made oatmeal that morning and I ate it later on. It was cold, but good. I was focused on finishing some tasks and not on the food. I just needed to consume some calories.
Late in the day I had my daily green juice of kale, collards, celery and lemon.
It was quite late into the evening when I started to feel hungry. At that point, there was no desire to create anything special. I had steamed Brussels Sprouts and some leftover black bean casserole.
I promise tomorrow will be a more interesting food day!
