What Vegans Eat – Day 458


Breakfast: I awoke hungry. While preparing a bowl of rolled oats with Bananas, Blackberries, Strawberris and Soymilk, I finished off the last bit of Brown Rice Goulash.
Daily Green Juice: The weather was warm, the sun was out and I was being called to run. I have a route that I like when I am in this area of Florida. I run about two miles to an Organic Cafe and Juice Bar, get my Green juice with Kale, Spinach, Celery and Cucumber and then run back. It was a treat.
Dinner: Everyone in the house seemed to be on different eating schedules. I had not had beans in days and cooked up some lentils. I thought I would make an easy veggie bolognese with a jar of Tomato Sauce blended with the Lentils. I mixed in some carrots and onions and poured it over Wild Rice. I was still hungry and filled my bowl with more sauce which could also be called a soup.
Later for dessert, I blended up Almond Milk with a Banana and Strawberries.
