What Vegans Eat – Day 467: Special Travel Edition


Breakfast: A quick morning yoga stretch session followed by classic Rolled Oats, Strawberries, Bananas, Raisins and Soy Milk with Green Tea began this full agenda day. We were off to Hoover Middle School for Day 2 of our two-day Musical Theatre Workshop.
Dinner: The workshop was over by 4pm. After lots of smiles, hugs and conversations about future workshops we were so hungry. It was time to go home. Home to the Vegetarian House for a long awaited favorite meal there. We began with Soft Roll and a lovely pot of Jasmine Tea.
Next up was our favorite Heavenly Salad. If you haven’t tried it, believe me, it is indeed heavenly.
There are so many items to choose from at the Vegetarian House but we have clearly settled in to the ones we love best. The Flying Buddha Soup is at the top of the list. It’s good to be back at the House!
