Breakfast: It is not officially summer yet but it feels like it. When it is hot I just want to hydrate – I drink and eat juicy fruits. I had some chilled Green Tea and a few fresh Strawberries. Then I swam about two thirds of a mile in the pool.
Lunch: After exercising I am usually HUNGRY! Gary was out on his run and I wanted to wait for him to come back before eating. I prepared lunch while munching on some cherries. I made a Mango, Avocado, Tomato, Basil Salsa with Lime Juice and served it on top of Mixed Greens and Garbanzo Beans with sliced Grapefruit on the side.
Dinner: We had a light cool meal of Corn Thins, Almond Butter and Bananas.
