What Vegans Eat – Day 486: Special Travel Edition


Breakfast: GREAT breakfast! I like savory breakfasts especially on the weekend. Staying in the pool house with an efficiency kitchen Gary efficiently whipped up this brothy stew with Vegetable Tempeh, Tomatoes, Red Onions, White Mushrooms and Kale.
Lunch: Red lentils cook up very fast and I love eating them plain. A bowl of creamy Red Lentils is plain perfection.
Dinner: This meal was all green: Mixed Greens Salad with Tomatoes, Mango and Apple Cider Vinegar served with a Whole Foods Vasona Green Juice.
