What Vegans Eat – Day 577


Breakfast: We had been talking about doing a major overhaul on the apartment and the time arrived. Unfortunately the weather was not on our side. Another heat wave was here as well. We got fortified with Rolled Oats with Coconut Flakes, Bananas, Ground Flaxseeds and Soy Milk served with Sliced Oranges and Earl Grey Tea.
Lunch: Somehow, it the midst of clearing bookshelves, sorting and piling books, Gary prepared lots of food for the long weekend event. He prepared a Romaine Lettuce Salad with Avocado for lunch.
Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots
Dinner: In the heat I was not hungry. I just wanted water. I knew Gary had made a huge pot of Lentil Cabbage Soup, Baked Potatoes and a special Baked Tempeh Dish with Prunes. I treated myself to a small plate of the Tempeh and a little Potato. I wish I could have eaten more, it was so good. I went to sleep dreaming of this food for the following day.
