Breakfast: Cousin Nancy had sent us some Pineapple Guava or Feijoa with the box of lemons she sent us. We tried some for breakfast, sliced like little oranges. The flavor is a mix of pineapple and banana and a little like bubble gum!
Lunch: Gary was off to start a new semester of acting classes at HB Studio with Austin Pendleton. I was on my own for lunch. I blended up some of the Lentil Cabbage Soup and topped it with a spoonful of Little Seed Caesar Dressing.
Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Celery, Lemon
Dinner: I knew Gary would come home hungry. While he was gone I popped an Acorn Squash, whole in the oven for an hour and cooked some chickpeas. Dinner came together quickly with a Kale Salad topped with Chick Peas and Little Seed Caesar Dressing and Acorn Squash Slices.
Gary always likes to top his plate with Sky Valley Sriracha and Nutritional Yeast. I prefer things plain. To each his own.
Evening: I just need a little something… So I made it, Peanut Butter Cup Shake. It really hit the spot. I can’t wait to make this again and serve it with our Healthy World Burger and Baked Sweet Potato Fries.
