Breakfast: After such a beautiful Thanksgiving-style dinner the night before, I rewarded Gary with a stack of waffles. These were Garbanzo Bean Flour waffles and they were good. We were out of tahini so I used Peanut Butter. In our house, Peanut Butter goes with everything.
Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots, Lemon
Dinner: I couldn’t wait for dinner. We were having our Thanksgiving dinner leftovers: Stuffed Acorn Squash, Tournedoes de Riz Sauvage à la Sauce Dijonnaise, Mashed Sweet Potatoes, Mashed Potatoes and Porcini Mushrooms. I added a little Sauerkraut to my plate to aid in digestion.
We shared the last piece of Pumpkin Pie. Until next time.
Evening: We shared an Apple and a Banana. I made a pot of Ginger Lemon Tea.
