Breakfast: Breakfast was Silk Nog, warmed up. Mm, creamy, lovely.
Lunch: I was off to my parents home where we’d be joined by my brother and his family for holiday festivities. My mom set out the usual fare – Vegan Chopped Liver, Baked Tofu, Hummus, Gluten-free Chips, Peanuts and Raisins, lots of fresh fruit.
That was just for starters! We went over to the Cheesecake Factory. I got the usual— Vegan Cobb Salad. It’s a great dish. I don’t know why anyone would get anything else.
Dinner: The salad was good but I was hungry when I got home. I could not wait to devour more of Gary’s Butternut Squash Lasagna.
Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots, Red Cabbage, Ginger, Lemon
Evening: I had a tiny dish of So Delicious Chocolate Coconut Ice Cream
