Breakfast: My bowl of Buckwheaties was perfection this morning with Blueberries, Coconut, Walnuts, Raisins, Cacao Nibs and Soy Milk.
Lunch: I took a big bowl of yesterday’s Red Cabbage Salad for lunch before getting ready to talk to one of my all time favorite guests on the It’s All About Food show. Gary De Mattei!
Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Red Cabbage, Celery, Ginger, Lemon, Cilantro
Dinner: It’s Taco Tuesday. Gary created a new Tasty Tempeh Taco “Meat” just for the occasion. Our tacos had Black Beans, a whole grain mix of Millet, Brown Rice, Black Rice and Red Rice, plus Avocado, Cashew Cheese Fondue Sauce and Sky Valley Sriracha, served up on Sprouted Organic Corn Tortillas. Gary said it was one of his top ten meals he’s ever had!
