Breakfast:Keeping things simple today. For breakfast, we had the classic Oatmeal with Coconut Flakes, Walnuts, Raisins, Blueberries, and a dusting of Flax Seeds. The surprise ingredient was Mango.
Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Celery
Dinner: I can’t seem to get enough salad right now and we had big bowls of it for dinner, Kale Salad with Carrots and Tomatoes. Plus, Gary made his fantastic Baked Tofu, marinated with his Spicy Marinara.
Evening: Many of our party guests on Saturday brought bottles of wine. When cleaning up we discovered we were gifted a bottle of Port. We cracked it open and enjoyed a small glass. It’s a relaxing, sweet treat at the end of the day.
