Breakfast: It’s been five days since my birthday party. I am feeling the effects of eating rich foods (rich for me) over a period of days. It’s been fun, but I’m feeling bloated! Oatmeal to the rescue please – with coconut milk, raisins, apples and flax seeds.
Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Celery
Lunch: I’ve got wheat belly this week! We bought wonderful breads from a local French bakery for my birthday party. Gary made me this gorgeous grilled Sandwich with my Almond Mozzarella Cheese and Roasted Red Peppers served with Kale Salad (I had several servings) and Spicy Marinara.
Dinner: Tomorrow, we’ll be back to eating clean. But tonight, we’re having the last of the party food with mini Bagels, Kite Hill Cream Cheese, Field Roast Apple Maple Breakfast Sausages and Roasted Red Peppers.
Evening: We had a bit of the Graham’s Ruby Porto we received as a gift. Since we opened it yesterday, it just made sense to have a little more tonight.
