Breakfast: Thank you global warming! It’s over 80 degrees here in NYC and we are eating out! Eating out on the terrace that is. I’ve missed our meals out here for a long time. We had Rolled Oats with Apples, Raisins, Coconut, Sunflower Seeds and Soy Milk, served with Pink Grapefruit.
Lunch: Back to good, clean eating with a big Romaine Lettuce and Tomato Salad, Olives, Tahini Dressing.
Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Celery.
Dinner: Sometimes breakfast makes a great dinner, especially when it’s Gary’s Baked No-Egg French Omelette Soufflé. He used frozen Spinach this time instead of Kale. It’s fantastic.
