Breakfast: It’s Oatmeal Appreciation Week in our house after being without Rolled Oats for so long. We couldn’t wait to wake up an d have breakfast. And my Cacao Nibs arrived so I could have my most favorite Oats breakfast of all: Oats with chopped Pears, Apples, Raisins, Coconut Milk, Flax Seeds, Almond Yogurt and Cacao Nibs.
Daily Green Juice: Kale, Celery, Carrots, Lime, Ginger
Dinner: We each put together our own bowls using the same pre-cooked ingredients. I made a soupy stew with Black Beans, Potatoes, Tomato Paste, Porcini Mushroom Powder, Green Onions and water, topped with Yogurt.
