Breakfast: Oh my goodness! We have Rolled Oats in the house again. You have not seen an oat breakfast on this blog for a while now. But I picked up a few pounds in the bulk foods section at Westerly Market yesterday. Now we are in oat heaven. The cereal bar included chopped apples and pears, raisins, flaked coconut, flax seeds and coconut milk.
Daily Green Juice: Kale, Celery, Carrots, Lime, Ginger
Dinner: I love repeats especially when they are this good. We repeated last night’s dinner with Baked Potatoes, Kale Salad with Pineapple, Tomatoes, Scallions and Little Seed Caesar Dressing. Gary had made a tempeh stew yesterday that we didn’t get to try until now.
