Breakfast: Naturally we repeated yesterday’s Buckwheat Waffle breakfast with Apricots, Bananas and Peanut Butter Cream since there were two more servings remaining.
Lunch: Breakfast was pretty filling so around lunch time we nibbled on a few Almonds, Brazil Nuts and Dates with a strong cup of Teeccino (it’s caffeine-free).
Dinner: There’s plenty of Mung Bean Chili Con Barley soup. We were going out to hear my brother in a concert with his new group, Audible Abstraction and this was a quick and filling meal to make.
Evening: On the subway ride home I confessed I wanted some comfort food at home. Gary made the best Baked Fries ever and I covered them with organic Ketchup.
