What Vegans Eat – Day 1226, Travel Edition – Bay Area, CA

Breakfast: Why am I so hungry?? I wanted to sleep in but the sunlight and my hunger pangs would not let me. While Gary prepared breakfast, I ate Peanuts.

 
I am being spoiled today. I packed Gary’s frother and he made Teeccino with Soy Foam. I’ve missed it!

 
Next up was a hearty bowl of Steel Cut Oats made with Apples, Raisins and Bananas, topped with Blueberries.

 
Snack: While doing a little work on the computer, Gary set some Strawberries down for me to munch on.

 
Lunch: We took a long walk and when we got back we both worked on getting lunch ready. Gary had soaked raw Almonds overnight and I removed the skins to make Almond Ricotta. Gary put together the Guacamole. We had plates of Green Salad, Black Beans, Guac, Ricotta and Hummus and filled up a few Corn Tortillas.

 
Dinner: I conducted my first music rehearsal for Into the Woods. When we got back to the house we had a light, late dinner of Purple Potatoes, Bananas and Peanut Butter.
