What Vegans Eat – Day 1407


Breakfast: Gary made me one of the best bowls of Rolled Oats I have ever had today with Date Paste, Shredded Coconut, Blueberries, Apples and Soy Milk.

Lunch: It’s super simple, delicious and fun and I love when we eat like this. We had Celery and Carrot Sticks, Little Seed Caesar Dressing, Avocado and Brown Basmati Rice.

Dinner: I made a Yellow Split Pea soup with Carrots, Celery, Onion, Herbs and Spices. They took a long time to cook and never got super soft so Gary blended it all together.
