What Vegans Eat – Day 1497


First Meal: The big event today is flying to Florida in the late afternoon. I am only going for a few days so packing was easy. I made a savory breakfast of sliced, organic Tomatoes with organic Red Onion and organic Walnuts. I loved the Roasted Smashed Cauliflower I had for dinner yesterday I was excited to have it again this morning. I moved an organic Green Juice made with Kale, Celery, Carrots, Broccoli and Lemon from the freezer last night so it was ready to drink this morning.

Second Meal: I brought two organic Pears and two organic Bananas with me to the airport. They were gone before I landed in Florida.

Third Meal: My sister and brother-in-law picked me up and we went out for dinner to one of their favorite Thai/Japanese Restaurants. I began with Edamame, requesting so salt.

I chose the Ginger Sauce dish with Tofu, Bell Peppers, Onions and Mushrooms with Brown Rice. I was so hungry I vacumumed it.
