What Vegans Eat – Day 1803

First Meal: I am having leftovers for breakfast, starting with Corn Chowder.

 
Next up a slice of Ezekiel toast with Gary’s “Tuna” Salad, made with Garbanzo Beans.

 
Second Meal: We went to Manhattan for a memorial service. It was quite sad. When we left the church it was snowing outside. We were by Washington Square and it was delightfully magical outside. We walked to Peacefoods for a late lunch. I had the Quinoa Salad.

 
Gary had the Other Caesar Salad.

 
We share the Baked Soy Nuggets. These are fun!

 
We each had a hot drink. Ginger Soy Latte for me and a Cashew/Almond Chai for Gary. We didn’t want to leave, it was so warm and cozy inside. I insisted we stay and have a slice of Raw Key Lime Pie.

 
Snack: I had a late night snack of Ezekiel Sprouted Wheat Toast with the Pesto Spread Gary made a yesterday.
