First Meal: We eat a lot of waffles. Usually our favorite waffles are the ones we are eating. Today’s Fruity Corn Waffles were the best! I made a Date Paste to serve with it. This was decadent.
Second Meal: On Sundays I go to tap class. Afterwards, I visited with my friend Linda who wanted to give me a pizza stone. When I got home, Gary had dinner on the table, a beautiful Flageolet “Cassoulet” made with Butternut Squash and Brussels Sprouts.
It was topped with a creamy Mustard Sauce. He also made Mashed Potatoes and a Romaine Lettuce Salad with Carrots and Seed Caesar Dressing.
Third Meal: I have two auditions tomorrow and I plan on getting up at 6am. I tried to go to bed early but couldn’t fall asleep. I got up and invited Gary to have Toast and Chamomile Tea with me.
