Breakfast: I understand the lovely convenience of having whatever you want to eat, just ready to heat and serve. I just believe it’s better to make the food yourself, a lot of it, that you can have ready to go when you want it. And that includes pancakes. Our Blueberry Pancakes are quite fine reheated, this time served with a mound of luscious, reheated berry fruit coulis.

Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Celery, Carrots
Dinner: More delicious leftovers, Stir Fried Pea Pod Leaves and Veggie Beef Chow Fun, from yesterday’s trip to Green Zenphony. I started with a small portion, then went back for seconds and thirds until it was gone.
