What Vegans Eat – Day 659


Brunch: Last night’s dinner leftovers made a wonderful late morning brunch: Chickpea Flour crepes with Sautéed Red Onions, Roasted Red Peppers, Tomatoes, Cashew Cheese Sauce, Field Roast Sausage. It was so good.
After the lovely crepe, I had some Rolled Oats, Chia Seeds, Walnuts and Coconut Milk.
Daily Green Juice: We still haven’t made our green juices for the week so we took advantage of Ripe Juice Bar and Grill one more time.
Dinner: Just a big Kale Salad with grated Carrots, Field Roast Sausage.
Evening: We had Pumpkin Pie for dessert.
