What Vegans Eat – Day 787

Breakfast: Gary made Oatmeal with Apples and Raisins. And I topped mine with Buckwheaties. It was a terrific combination of creamy and crunchy.

Lunch: We were feeling somewhat energy-zapped. You know that feeling don’t you? It was time for a serious smoothie, made with Kale, Celery, Carrots, Walnuts, Strawberries. Find out more about why I call this the Serious Smoothie here.

Daily Green Juice: Kale, Collards, Red Cabbage, Celery, Ginger and Lemon
 
Dinner: Sometimes you have to order in. I went with an old favorite, the Veggie Duck Noodle Soup and Gary got the Veggie Roast Pork Noodle Soup.

We tried the Veggie Ribs. They were fantastic. Of course we got an order of the Stir Fried Pea Pod Leaves.

Evening: Getting ready for a restful sleep we had a pot of Vanilla Almond Rooibos Tea.
