Breakfast: I am always grateful when Gary served me a beautiful beverage like this one. Today it’s Chai Tea with Soy Foam.
Lunch: Basic midday meal for us, Kale Salad, Tahini Dressing and Purple Potatoes.
Dinner: I used to love eating pasta; pasta with refined white flour. Then I discovered whole grain pasta and the white flour pasta tasted boring and bland! When I began to avoid wheat, brown rice pasta took over. Nutritionally, pastas are not the ideal food to eat, they are not considered a whole food. I am no longer a big noodle eater. But I love Spaghetti Squash, especially with Gary’s Marinara.
A bowl of Gary’s Ravioli filling in the freezer was defrosted to go with the Squash. It’s rich and delicious, made with Almond Ricotta and Spinach.
Evening: Once again, all’s well that end’s well with Teecino and Soy Foam.
